Humanities global burnout has turned our attention to understanding the need to learn how to renew our energy.
As an Acupuncturist with over two decades of experience, this excites me to the core.
In the late 90’s energy work was a phenomenon few people truly could grasp.
For me, it was innate and was the only thing that has ever made sense.
To now witness these principles become mainstream in both personal and professional arenas, speaks volumes about humanities collective focus and intention.
When the focus shifts from R.O.I ( return on investment) to R.O.E (return on energy) I truly believe we’re heading in the right direction.
EVERYTHING IS ENERGY.
Money is a valuable energy exchange.
Food is energy…(or lack of energy depending on your diet)
Energy creates molecules, which creates cells, which in turn creates organisms ….such as humans.
Human connection is an energy exchange.
Perception is energy.
E-motions are energy in motion.
Having been blessed right at the beginning of my career with deeply embodying the principles of energy through Traditional Chinese Medicine, these foundational principles became the blueprint for all my transformational courses and processes.
Whether I am facilitating in the corporate arena, in my clinical practice or when I have someone on my acupuncture table…it all comes back to whether the energy is deficient or stagnant vs aligned and in flow.
Investing in your energy sources is the greatest asset you need to now include your wealth portfolio.
